Conference Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received through August 31, 2012 are fully refundable, less a $125.00 processing fee. Cancellations received between September 1 and September 30, 2012 are 50% refundable, less a $125.00 processing fee. No refunds allowed after September 30, 2012. Substitutions allowed at any time provided RETECH 2012 Management is notified in writing by the person that is registered. All cancellations and substitutions must be in writing, and will not be accepted in any other format.
