RETECH 2012 Product Showcase Theater

What is the Product Showcase Theater?

RETECH 2012 is debuting a Product Showcase Theater on the exhibit show floor. The theater is offered to allow exhibiting companies the opportunity to complement their exhibit booth by promoting their latest products and solutions to a dedicated audience at a specific time in an exact location. Companies can use the Theater to:

•    Conduct a technical presentation
•    Discuss your renewable energy industry solutions
•    Position your company representatives as subject matter experts


How Does It Work?

There are six (6) time slots over the course of Wednesday October 17th and Thursday October 18th for companies to purchase and reserve 30 minutes for their showcase session. Companies can purchase one of the time slots (on a first-come, first-served basis).

Marketing and Exposure

The sessions will be marketed to our audience in the Schedule of Events, on the event website and in the Show Guide distributed to all attendees. Additionally, an announcement will be made on the Exhibit Floor directly preceding your presentation. As well, your presentation will be listed on a sign outside of the Showcase Theater.

What Do You Receive?

With your 30 minute time slot, you receive the following items:
  • AV Equipment – the Theater will come equipped with a projector and screen, podium and microphone
  • Comprehensive marketing package for your session (listing in Schedule of Events, on the website, in the Show Guide and on signage outside of the Theater).
  • Announcement preceding your session on the Exhibit Floor.

The cost for a 30 minute slot is: $2,000.
